Cons
No inbound, outbound or sales strategy. It's laughable in that if you ask for it you are asked to provide it?
BDMs are siloed, and line manager provides platitudes for advice.
Big deals are taken away from you
Hiring is not tactical
Working weekends is common for things that are not urgent
They often fire, average lifespan of team members is 6 months
All team members know that this is not a long-term gig
