      Pros

      - Rewarding. You will get back what you give and internal recognition is always granted. Credit is given where it is due. - Oversight is consultative but not overbearing - sovereignty is respected and employee capacities are highly trusted - Many resources available - People are supportive and it is understood that the mental and physical wellbeing of the team is crucial to a healthy working environment - Hefty but manageable workload

      Cons

      - It's a scale up, which comes with it's own complexities and complications as things move at a very fast pace. Expectations are high but definitely can be met.

      Pros

      A product that is unique for game developers Monthly allowance of $60 for gym, and $50 weekly for food. Work from any WeWork in the US (Its all remote)

      Cons

      No inbound, outbound or sales strategy. It's laughable in that if you ask for it you are asked to provide it? BDMs are siloed, and line manager provides platitudes for advice. Big deals are taken away from you Hiring is not tactical Working weekends is common for things that are not urgent They often fire, average lifespan of team members is 6 months All team members know that this is not a long-term gig

      - not much good to share - some great people who have left the business

      - unpleasant interview process - distasteful way to interview - templatized response (no feedback at all)
