Pros
I have been at Audigy for many years, and I am genuinely impressed with where the company is today. The leadership team is one of our biggest strengths because every leader has worked in different roles across the organization. They truly understand the needs of members and employees, and that perspective shows up daily in how they communicate, support us, and make decisions.
Audigy actually lives its mission and core values. They are not just posters on a wall. We talk about them often and use them to guide how we work. Employee surveys happen regularly, and leadership takes the feedback seriously and makes real changes that employees can see.
The office is beautiful with plenty of snacks, and the benefits package is solid, including a gym membership. The culture is genuinely fun and community oriented with an amazing Halloween event where employees and their kids dress up and trick or treat, a chili cookoff, charity initiatives, and other activities that make work enjoyable.
Leadership development is something the company invests in heavily. If you are willing to put in the time and energy, there are many growth opportunities and resources to help you get there.
Cons
Expectations are high, and hard work is required. Our members are premier organizations, and they expect premier support, so you have to be ready to bring your best every day.
