-Extremely talented developers -Ability to make suggestions and find responsibility to grow, for those who have ambition -Lots of fun events put on by HR -Good benefits (free parking, 401k matching, lots of catered meals) -Structured review process

-Middle management isn't generally trusted to make decisions on their own -Too much bureaucracy for a small company -Senior management should be more transparent at times -Silos that exist between business units need to be broken down more -Need more customers
