We understand that everyone has differing opinions and we take employee feedback and pulse checks to understand what’s working well and any areas we need to focus on improving. We’ve seen real positive strides in feedback regarding work culture including hybrid working which has been driven by our CTO and other colleagues. As with all start ups there is a period of time where we have to find our feet while we scale up the business.
