Pros

This company has so many fantastic qualities and perks to make anyone want to become apart of the Audemar Piguet Family. They have an extensive and highly educational training program. They make sure they don't send you out in front of clients until you are truly informed of both the product, the company and the companies mission. Even though this is a world wide company you still feel such a family bond throughout the entire organization that helps you grow and move up within the company. They have extraordinary and highly competitive benefits and wages.

Cons

unfortunately for me I was offered a position the was 1st of its kind. I left a very prestige's luxury watch company to take this position. only to find out 21 days later that I was not what they envisioned. They needed a watchmaker with a client service background. Not a Senior Client Service Representative with some watchmaking training. So needless to say I was let go. Either way I was still very grateful for the opportunity and flattered that they thought of me when they were creating the position.

Pros

The benefits here are incredible

Cons

Everything else. Teams are under resourced, job descriptions are not accurate, and the decision makers at HQ are extremely cold/mean to people. Multiple roles including mine were bait & switches. This company says one thing in the interview process, and then the role itself turns into something completely different. Many people are working multiple roles here. It's not a healthy environment for some.
