Directors will set up meeting to meet with you then change them, then fire you without the meeting ever happening. People are abrasive and defensive. If you care about your mental state you would never work at this place where they don’t care and you are but a number. In the letting you go meeting you weren’t allowed to ask questions and try to figure out why. Relieve you of your job duties the day before a holiday aka Thanksgiving.
