10yOff late SAP is moving everything in to cloud from on premise model. Hardly there are consultants out in the market with these skills and we are trying our level best to bridge the skill gap in this area.
15K REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT is being collected from all the selected guys for this SAP SKILLS DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM, based on our previous experiences to ensure that the machines we give for practicing would not lose hard disks, RAMs etc.
We do not charge for ups killing the guys but we charge the refundable deposit that while trying to impart the knowledge, we will not want lose our shirt and pant by few bad apples, in the way of lifting the hardware parts of the company's machines.
Once the SSDP program is complete and we find the young engineers are suitable to be trained we take them as Associates and the organization spends lot of time, money and other resources to make them professionals.
While we invest in to the individual careers of the prospective Consultants, we do not want that the trained resources after getting trained from our organization join some other company, without we not even recurring the expenses made on the prospective resources. Hence we are expecting the associates who join us will serve the organization for a minimum period of 2 years, so that it would a win win to both organization and to the associate.
While there are 5 million odd fresh engineering grads out there in the market, we want to pursue the journey with only those, who got a great commitment towards their future and who will stand for sustainable relationship.
