Cons
Low salary and any forms of "bonus" incentives could be changed/ manipulated within a short period of time, very few agreements in writing minus a boilerplate employee agreement. Whenever a problem came to attention, the source of the issue was never resolved. These issues often stemmed from client reviews on public platforms. These issues were temporarily fixed (meaning the same issue would compound and become worse) or the person that could actually fix the issue blocked/ muted the communication to the lower tiers of their team by establishing someone in their previous position, without the authority to fix said issue.
