      bad facility managers , sometimes overal poor morale benefits are sub par health insurance should be free since you work for the network

      easy job if you're experienced in research

      Cons

      (this is for the peds research dept) -management is horrible -prepare to be micromanaged on every little task -expected to call patients at night
