Pros
Global reach. Vast variety of projects/assignments. Multitude of efforts and internal initiatives for improving skills, wellbeing at work and mobility. Good contacts between countries. Easy communication and contact with other people internally across the world thanks to the internal social network.
Cons
Lack of Innovation & real investment in people - though there are many initiatives, there is really no budget for innovation or skill development if you are not part of the "blessed". Mobility - internal mobility is a mirage. There is quite a push, but conditions are really not making it easy to make a move. Management culture is sooo 20th century. Managers commonly do not trust employees and tend to be control-freaks and number-crunchers. Performance evaluation is equally depressing and does not help the few managers that make an effort to be future-proof and give the freedom people need to create good things.
