Tough to think of positive things to say. They make payroll every two weeks, it's possible you might join a competent team...

Promotions without raises, don't pay bonus commitments, never ending layoffs and offshoring, take away banked sick time, no merit increase program, under paid employees, impossible to get things done due to endless levels of management, no communication from leadership, revolving door at senior level leadership.
