Pros
Decent benefits and pay, but that's pretty much it
Cons
When looking back, it was a slow moving train wreck all along. A lot of issues, including poor management, lack of vision, incoherent cross team efforts, and higher management's ignorance and over confidence was always there. One would hope that things would improve as company grows and more robust practices are adopted. However, just opposite have happened. The original issues deepened and taken root, while others such as talent exodus, extream burocracy, and poor buisness practices have raised. Many of the folks who carried the company on their back have left or been ousted. Instead, unprofessional and unknowlagable people were hired in the recent time who add very little value and are outright harmful to the effort. The buisness strategy have changed multiple times in last few years, with each iteration lowering already small chance to succeed even further. Many decisions are made based on self perception of greatness, while completely ignoring systemic issues both on R&D and buisness side.
