      - AtoB’s leadership is filled with useless and incompetent people - Leadership is often completely clueless and incapable of solving workplace problems - Communication is almost nonexistent - Employees never receive the support or guidance needed to succeed - Leadership stays absent most of the time - Crushing pressure and nonstop stress are pushed onto employees - Unrealistic expectations and constant demands make the environment exhausting.

      The compensation is definitely top-tier for the Bay Area, and the equity has massive upside given our growth trajectory. Mentorship here is organic; I’ve learned more about fintech and scaling systems in one year than I did in three years at my previous company. The mission of helping small trucking businesses survive and thrive is truly motivating.
