      Good place to work. Company pays well enough and have great benefits

      Cons

      Company pays well enough but are not in line with our union counterparts despite the fact that we are required to do more work than those counterparts. Hard to retain good employees here

      Great benefits, good work schedules.

      Cons

      Hard to grow, and work is demanding. The calls are back to back, you have less than 30 seconds between calls.
