Pros
Atmos is great about giving back to the community. We get to go out during company time and work on houses for 6 Stones, a Christian Ministry. The Special Olympics, Toys for Tots and we have an entire week at work every year that's set aside just to raise money for the United Way. It's a great way to give back without taking off fork work.
Cons
The department I'm in has become more and more strict and the supervisors tend to want to stand over your shoulder and or continually ask you if you need anything. Also they have implemented a new computer program called QPM which counts how long it takes you to complete a task. They say they want the work completed the right way but, from their actions they really care about the numbers.
