Pros
Good atmosphere and nice people to work with. Fostered a team atmosphere very nicely. Resolved any internal issues effectively. You become passionate about the food you're serving which allows you to give better customer service, If you're good at what you do, you get regulars who you start to form a genuine bond with.
Cons
For as many times as you see and interact with upper management, they will always believe they are better than you in every sense of life. I interacted with the owners many, many times and they never bothered to remember my name. No auto-gratuity. Groups will spend hundreds of dollars and tip you $10 and write "loved your service!" on the receipt as if it makes a difference in your life. There is a dress code, but it seems to only apply to a racial minority. Saw the dress code be dismissed several times for large groups of white people while at the same time large groups of black or hispanic people were not allowed service because of what they were wearing. Complete conflict of morals.
