Pros
I joined Atlas in their entry level program. Worked for about four months until my fiance and I decided to move to California to be closer to family. Atlas is a sales company and they mostly sell Fios products, though there are other branches that work with different clients. I had never done sales before but my personal coach was very knowledgeable and helpful in developing my conversation and sales skills. It was a grind, however let me tell you. some late nights due to us meeting with customers when they were available which was usually afternoon or early evening. The atmosphere was very fun and very positive. Reminded me a lot of my basketball team. Everyone looking to help each other. The boss was nice enough but also expected a lot from people. Not so much sales but accountability. He called people out for being late, or being lazy. He let go of several people but all for behavior and complianc issues, never for production. Overall it was a hard job but an enjoyable one.
Cons
The hours run pretty late. didn't leave the office most nights until 9:30 or 10:00. It's a sales based job which means I was paid on commission. Most of my checks were around 700-800. Had a few over 1000 but some under 300. It all balanced out but could be stressful
