Pros
1. A good, starting salary but the increments are not too much attractive. 2. Good Perks and benefits, which includes vehicle policy, fuel allowance, medical insurance (self and family), lunch, good numbers of annual bonus, paid annual leaves, medical leaves. 3. Growth opportunities and the defined career path. 4. Company provided trainings and learning opportunities. 5. Generally, respective culture and environment excluding some departments.
Cons
1. HR and Administration department keeps the attitude as if it is the owner of the company. You will not find them supportive in nature. The hierarchy does not work here. Even the junior associate in this department is respected and he carries more influence than the management associate in the other departments. Disrespectful behavior by the Admin and HR associates towards other employees is a norm and even with the seniors of other departments. 2. If you are working in the operations department such as Production, Maintenance and Material Management, then a work life balance is a just a dream. You would have to take care of the business often at home after office and on holidays with higher expectations from the senior management. 3. There is no tolerance for shortcomings/mistakes even at high stress and high pressure environment. 4. The internal environment create the sense of fear among the employees as if anything goes wrong against the plan it will be a great disaster for them. This creates a continuous sensation of fear among the employees. 5. Although the 3R's (Respect, Recognition and Reward) is claim to be the company's culture. It is not implemented in practice. Especially, the last two elements are rarely practiced and there is always an expectation of do more from the senior management despite already tense and hectic schedules.
