Listing all the downsides of working at Atlas would take quite some time. Basically if you are lucky enough to have a good manager, you can go on here for 1-2 years. Otherwise you'll just go crazy and leave. Salary is well below market rates, benefits are almost non existing. Thanks to the ego and countless bad decisions of the former CEO, the company is now struggling, putting increments and bonuses off the employees to risk for the second year in a row. The new CEO seems much better, but he will have a hard time cleaning up all this mess. Roles and responsibilities are not clear and there is major chaos on who needs to do what. Management is not considering changes recommended by the people, they only implement and listen to whatever suits them. Promises that cannot be made are made to customers constantly. Everything just looks and feels so amateur, but at least the company is very proud of themselves. Do yourself a favor and don't take the risk.
