Easy job and I really enjoy what I do.

We need more people on staff for prep.

The job itself was good. I enjoyed the freedom and interaction with accounts.

COMMUNICATION! They say they are great at it, but a blind deaf monkey can communicate better. They expect you to work long hours and drive in bad conditions. If you decide to not put your life at risk during a blizzard, you get harassed and made fun of for not coming in. They truly only care about money and not your well being. Good luck with Dr appointments too. They will ask you to take an appointment later in the day, but when you work til 4-5…that leaves no time. Vacation time is a joke. They say they’re competitive but they’re not even close. Don’t try asking for a lighter day. They won’t help. In fact, I told them I needed to be home by 5 so I can take my kids to their soccer game. I was told: not my problem. It’s your job, figure it out. Don’t expect any appreciation. They don’t acknowledge you(unless you’re a female, then they do anything for you) they only point out the negatives.
