Pros
1. Good for starters who want rapid growth and familiarization with the IT industry. 2. Good if you want to learn the business side of things. Since you're very close to the management, you learn a lot about how the business works. 3. You learn a lot how Hotels work.
Cons
1. Not a great long-term company. If you wish to grow more, this isn't for you. 2. They do not follow common development and deployment processes. This company is good for starters who want to learn the basics of web development and server administration, but you WILL NOT learn processes used in bigger companies. 3. Very, VERY few developers. Too many projects, yet compensation is very low. 4. Helpdesk and Project Coordinators are poorly trained. They mostly eat up your time by training them instead by their boss. 5. Since they keep on taking up projects with few resources. The time for quality testing is drastically limited, resulting in buggy systems. 6. My apologies, but some clients are a real pain in the butt. 7. Work-life balance does not exist. Since the company is aimed at the hospitality industry, you are expected to be in front of your computer 24/7. Employees and bosses will ALWAYS call you during weekends, and sometimes even in the middle of the night.
