This is a great company for growth, the entire team from Operations started at the front line level and worked their way up by daily putting in the work and believing in the company goals and values. There are several stepping stones to help you grow, from Certified Trainer to Brand Ambassador and then Senior Store Manager a position started over a year ago to give more support to the front line staff. If you are willing to work, there is tremendous upward growth.

No job or company is perfect, but at least this one keeps trying to better itself!

None since they say the “ free “ run down apartments in most cases are part of my pay ! And you get several job titles, front desk reception, vermin exterminator, maintenance, cleaners, public sales agents. Etc…..

The company is now taking retail bonuses from the team members! Bad enough the pay is the lowest in the country that now the team members have to look for a part time job to make ends meat!!!! This company is disgraceful for what it’s doing to the team members. This company expect us to lie about the amenities at the facility such as security. We have been told numerous times that the cameras are for the company NOT for the customers! But, we have to say we have security cameras, to the customers as an amenity?! At least once a year for months the 24/7 security gate is broken and in the summer the AC’s break in climate control buildings with no urgency to fix either from the company. The operations team is a big joke! They continue to give undeserving promotions, & give undeserving raises to their friends and relatives who they hired. They just had a poll which 15-20% believes this is true! And they did nothing but continue to brow beat the good team members who do their job and go above by working late, off the clock at times!
