Decent end of week pay. Weekly pay. Some good people work out there. Stable company financially. You work between 48 and 84 hours depending on time of year.
Cons
No leadership from supervisors. They will cuss at you, belittle you, talk trash about you to your coworkers, expect you to know everything even though they don't train you. Threaten your job even if you are 1 minute late. Play favorites and use word of mouth as fact.
