      Pros

      The people - clinicians, OCs, rehab aides, and managers are all amazing people who want to help the patients and support their teams.

      Cons

      -Pay is less than desirable for the amount of work you do, with no raise this year -More and more tasks, reports, and changes added to your plate, with no additional support. -High OC turnover, with a need for constant training - in turn, it’s difficult to gain traction to move forward and grow or meet goals. -OC bonuses were taken away, with already low pay, thus causing this revolving door of turnover to spin faster -We have filled out many surveys asking for our feedback in regards to the company, but very little action seen to support front office teams.

      Pros

      Great hands on experience compared to other clinics. Heard that at other clinics, aides just clean and 'make the clinician's life easier' but at this location if youre willing to learn and take initiative, you can assist patients through their exercises under supervision of the licensed therapist

      Cons

      The only thing is the pay, but it's an entry level job so makes sense why.

      Pros

      Having a good clinic with good colleagues and management will make this job feel great! The jobs aren't super hard, and the patients are very entertaining and sweet.

      Cons

      Bad management/colleagues or a horrendously busy schedule can break the entire experience.
