Pros

The employee discount and … unfortunately I cannot think of anything else

Cons

Toxic work environment encouraged from the hire up management Ridiculously high workload Zero flexibility Nothing you do will ever be good enough.. Your opinion will not matter Promotions are based on favoritism ONLY You will be a disposable warm body You will never be able to meet the constantly changing expectations Juvenile, arrogant and narcissistic leadership styles are favored… Using your Voice is frowned upon.. You will NEVER feel empowered, or appreciated Must be a yes person do NOT even think about setting boundaries Your personal phone will constantly go off at all hours … I could continue but I should use the time to look into other career choices. HIGH TURNOVER!!! District managers have zero respect for your personal time , you MUST be available to change your life at the very last minute even for a last minute zoom call just to read a document that was sent 5 other ways … Unless you are 18 , mute and incredibly inexperienced DO NOT APPLY!!!!

Pros

Very black & white on policies. You always know what is right or wrong.Operationally strong company that allows movement between brands. Decent pay if you advocate for yourself as an external, but don’t expect much once you’re in.

Cons

Company has changed direction so much since COVID. Seems like there’s no clear idea on who we are anymore.Senior leadership feels like a revolving door that only succeeds in spinning tires with no traction. We love to initiate something only to either sunset it months later or leave it in limbo(WellPro). The amount of stress pushed on stores to meet credit goals is absurd to the point it inspires unethical behaviors in certain stores.
