Pros
Pros would have to be that you can request off ahead of time without having to tell them what the event is and they will respect it. Lunch breaks are great, they don't make you do any off the clock work. You get the hours you've asked for and will give you more if you ask. My co-workers are supportive and always uplifting. Great pay.
Cons
They only depend on certain people to do all the work. There are times when management will ignore your schedule request for different hours, even if it is because of school. They don't value you as an employee, they just expect you to do your job. They don't give you much of a raise when you make a year.
