Bad management Management messaging employees in weekends and expect response. Minimum wages paid to Junior employees. No professional development.

The worst workplace of my career, a feeling shared by many former colleagues. Seniors were not respectful and personal contribution was neglected. We felt like replaceable parts, a perception reinforced by a pattern of regular firings. Unsurprisingly, good employees leave.
