Pros
They have great benefits, Nice people working for the company, great causes, and an average payment
Cons
They offered a sign-on bonus, but their way to make this payment is inaccurate and if they disconnected you from the company they also will apply for all the benefits so whenever you leave if you still have some payment to be made. You won't have it. They also will change all the dates for hiring and disconnection so you will lose your bonus. Also, if you are hired for Customer Service Rep. you are obligated to make a sell, but you ARE NOT, register as a Customer Service Rep/ Sales Rep. Which means, they will pay you ONLY as a Customer Service Rep, sales money comes as a plus (that's the way they want you to see it), but in fact, all this money goes in taxes, you get only a small portion and if you get disconnected you won't have even the right to get the money for the sales you made
