Pros
Friendly people to work with, downtown Nashville location
Cons
The management team in Global Indirect Procurement has no vision, no direction and no plans for how to build a professional procurement organization. They all act like they are short timers. They provide little or no leadership to a new organization. They are afraid to make changes because they have no vision and therefore cannot sell management on the direction they should take the organization. They are only concerned about the short term cost savings. They are not interested taking the organization to the next level that will provide opportunities for the staff to grow and develop. They only want the staff to drive short term savings. The company overall appears to be very short term focused, afraid their customers will learn the high level of profit they make and look to other companies to provide the services Asurion provides.
