Don’t be fooled! Company is run by a family who doesn’t know how to manage people. No standard protocols. Business decisions are made based on their mood and largely dependent if the family members and their chosen few favorites like you or not. HR is not pro-employee. Even worst, HR is used to harass employees whom the family doesn’t like. Terrible work culture. High turnover rate, after 1month or less upon hire people leave immediately. No respect for employees. Emotionally disturbing and stressful work environment. Too much nepotism and office politics
