They not only have the humanitarian and ethical approach towards their clients and customers but they also have a very supportive role towards their employees. The way, I grew up, while working with them, not only skill-wise but also emotionally and psychologically, can't be explained in words. I am grateful towards AstroDevam for the overall life experiences, I had while working with them. Highly recommended for joining. Today, when I am working with a very big company, which gives us a lot of amenities, but I still miss the positive and harmonious atmosphere of AstroDevam.

Being not a very big organization, they did not have the ability to give long leave to me for marriage purposes. so, reluctantly, I had to leave them. So, if you want to have big vacations, this may not be an ideal employer for you.

This is my fifth employment, since I have started working. Being a girl, I always gave importance to safety and security as well as basic respect paid to female employees. I found this company as dream come true. The promoters take special interest in employees welfare and satisfaction. The best part is that despite of being in a controversial segment i.e. Astrology and Vastu, they maintain very high ethical standards. Seeing relief and gratitude on the faces of clients and visitors on a daily basis really makes a divine experience.

Promoters, who are associated with many social and welfare organisations, take their social responsibilities more seriously, compared to their main venture, so sometimes team feel devoid of guidance. Obviously, this is a small organisation, so there is no such facilities like office bus or canteen etc.
