      I worked at Astreya for over two years as a full-time employee. While I gained valuable experience during my time there, I felt that my contributions were not fully recognized or valued. Unfortunately, I was made redundant and was asked to leave within a very short notice period of 15 days, with minimal support or assistance provided during the transition. Overall, it was a challenging experience towards the end, and I believe there is room for improvement in how employee exits are handled.

      Pros

      If you are at the start of your IT career and have never seen or touched network equipment. This is the right place for you.

      Cons

      If you have 5+ years of IT experience and a college degree with computer certificates, you will be bored. If you are the type of person that wants to stay settled and wanting to be home, stay away. The fact that you will be having to pay up front $500 to $1000 on any travel expenses like food, rental car, gas, uber to and from the airport. This job is not for you. Within 1 month, I was able to figure out how to be alot more efficient on doing these audits and the migration projects, but was quickly shutdown by the typical India mentallity. I would say stay away from the company as India does NOT know how to plan correctly or even how to troubleshoot. Why are companies promoting India
