Pros

Help set up interviews for jobs.

Cons

Personal experience: I was recruited for a job opportunity given by someone from the company. The Job I took from this recruiter was something I really liked. I got fired from the job due to many reason that I wasn't told about. When I reached out to the recruiter when I needed him, he abandoned me. He reached out again two weeks later. I didn't like what I interview for, so I turned it down. He then cut me out without telling me. I been out of a job for a month. Left my old job for the one he told me about, then fired. I tried reach out for help with the company's human resources, but my email couldn't go through. There is something wrong with this company. Something needs to be done.

Pros

Aston Carter provided excellent opportunities for professional growth, career progression, and leadership development. I had the opportunity to work with some of the largest healthcare and insurance clients in the country, build strong client relationships, and lead high-performing teams. The company offers strong training, a collaborative culture, and a performance-driven environment where hard work is recognized and rewarded. I was fortunate to work alongside talented colleagues and supportive leaders who helped me grow both personally and professionally.

Cons

Like many staffing and recruiting organizations, the environment can be fast-paced and demanding, with a strong focus on metrics and performance goals. Work-life balance can be challenging during peak periods, and processes can sometimes vary between offices or leadership teams. However, these challenges also create opportunities for growth and development.
