1) Salary on time 2) 5 days working 3) cooperative staff 4) Good amount of work

Cons

1) High work pressure 2) always need to fight to get approval of even one day leave 3) small deadlines 4) every 7-10 days release 5) On the last day of release, points will change and it's developers fault that they had not finished task. 6) Long working hours 7) with wfh policy you have to available when they required (24*7)

Pros

Unfortunately, based on my experience, I couldn't identify any pros during my tenure.

Cons

Lack of Communication from Top Management: - The Product CEO (US branch) did not engage or respond to employees, creating a sense of neglect. Unfair Employee Treatment: - The company pressured employees to either leave immediately or work without pay for extended periods. - Employees were given unreasonable conditions, such as working with full dedication under high pressure for uncertain future compensation. Financial Instability: - Sudden financial crisis leading to abrupt decisions impacting employee job security and morale. - Offered a 6-month unpaid work period without any assurance of salary payment afterward. Poor HR Practices: - The HR team was primarily focused on firing employees regardless of their skills or tenure. - Employees were pressured to resign under the threat of non-payment and unrealistic working conditions. No Support for Career Transition: - Employees were expected to find new opportunities with no support, making it difficult to focus on job searches due to ongoing work pressure.
