Pros
Relentless focus on solving customers’ problems drives the priorities at Astera. This brings the team together to ensure flawless execution to meet customer commitments. As a marketer this gives me the confidence to aim high since I know a very capable team is behind me!
Cons
I enjoy the pace, independence, transparent and innovative work environment, but if you are the sort of person that expects validation/approval from peers/managers or lack self-belief then perhaps Astera might not be the right place.
