Union Shop Stewards are Pro-company, Not Pro-Employee - Production AstenJohnson Employee Review

Union does not help you and the Shop stewards are company men. They make special deals for themselves for better hours and more pay at the expense of everyone that pays into the Union. One of the shop stewards kept notes on people and would go to the front office to try to get the people they didnt like in trouble (99% of the notes were made up or being used to cover up mistakes the shop steward made and they are trying to blame someone else.) All the notes were targeted on the workers that the shop steward did not like.
