      Female owned and ran - there's a cafe right down stairs.

      Cons

      People are overworked and underpaid. Only half hour for lunch (unpaid) Really white organization - if you are a person of color aware of racial dynamics in the work place.

      Pros

      You get to work on your own and you get to assist others with projects. This allows for great teamwork and professional relationships. Everyone is nice, accepting, and helpful! Individual and personal offices! Pay is great!

      Sometimes you can go long periods of time without talking with a coworker.
