Work your own hours, however, most of the client expectation is that you are readily available for them! Mind you, we are paid 21$ an hour, if that, and Clients are clueless about that.
Cons
1. Poor Matching 2. Unrealistic Client Expectations 3. 'Ring Leaders' aka AssistPro Management treat their 1099 employees extremely poorly! 4. Clients pay an obnoxious amount and have this idea that us 1099s are so highly compensated, when that is absolutely NOT the case. 5. Minimal tenured Assistants; this company is recruiting like crazy and cannot provide quality Assistants to Clients.
