Pros
back at the previous years i would say it was a good place to work, you get to meet amazing people, now it can't be even a temporary place for husstle or start up.
Cons
Cons mainly focused on the managment, they dont really care much about people and their rights and demands, compensation is low as maximum, consediring it as ''Cost saving'' plan which not working properly and within a year id say max it will affect the company, which it's already affected.
No growth, everyone is demotivated, lack of transparency from the higher managment.
