Firstly the salary structure is dire, I know of no high performing business where top performers can bring in literally millions of £ and still be lucky to get a 40k basic. This leads into the commission structure, which again is highly lackluster.
The promise of progression and opportunity is false, at Aspire nepotism reigns supreme, do not be surprised to see your hard work, success and talent ignored because somebody owes someone else a favour. KPI's and overachieving on target means nothing, if you arnt willing to schmooze and lick up to senior management with the sort of patter that would have you socialy outcast for being a cretinous drip then you won't get ahead.
Upper management at Aspire recognise brown nosery ahead of hard work and over achievement every day of the week.
The CEO will quite happily stroll through the building wearing £2000 worth of clothing + a watch costing however much, telling you about rubbing shoulders with the likes of Conor Mcgregor on a private yacht in monaco whilst many of the staff are severely struggling with the cost of living crisis, I don't know about you, but I find this to be severely crass and unthinking, especially as many of the staff are struggling on around 20 odd thousand per year and often have to do without basic necessities.
There are sadly many staff at Aspire who have not received adequate training on their roles and this often leads to confusion about whom should deal with what.
Upper management aren't particularly bothered in the individuals who have worked there for several years success, unless it lines their own pockets.
I was personally made assurances of progression, and despite over achievement of target on a monthly basis and being at the top of the entire sales forces workrate, was passed up a number of times for said promised progression, citing knowledge gaps that others whom had been given the chance also had (see nepotism issues above) They will make you redundant at the drop of a hat with no forewarning, with no plan to move you to a suitable role within the business, unless you are a shmoozer who is bad at their job.
Vending machine constantly malfunctioning, CEO apparently owns the company that supplies said vending machine so go figure.
Beware before entrusting your career to Aspire, they WILL sell you the dream and they will go back on their word.
