Pros
Excellent managerial pay, benefits, work environment and company-wide culture.
Cons
The rental/retail department is led by individuals who apply a great deal of favoritism and execute decisions based on here-say, and conjecture. They rarely confront their store managers in an honest and direct manner, and even more rarely provide positive feedback or give acknowledgement of excellent performance. There are numerous other problems in the department that seem to persist.
