Pros

The main benefit of working for Aspen Skiing Company is receiving a full season pass (Which is normal for all skiing companies). Another thing some would consider to be a benefit would be the "bonus" at the end of the season. Although, they fail to mention that it will be taxed somewhere around 30% so you will not receive anything close to what your promised. Also, little things like calling in sick or a late punch will result in the company taking money away from the already overly taxed bonus check.

Cons

The main Con in working for the lift department is the management staff. Many "favorites" are played in this department which makes many feel left out and unwanted. There is no balance in the way the employees are treated across the mountain. Your experience will vary depending on what lift you work and who your supervisor is. Also, you will not be given time for a single ski break while on the clock.
