The new return to office policy is like a slap to the face (soon to be 3 times a week) many people are leaving due to this. New HR leadership does not care about their people, and will NOT have your back. Management at the director level is condescending, and ALL male, good luck growing here if you’re a woman (especially of color). I see a lot of favouritism in this company, and if you didn’t work here pre acquisition then you’re cooked, don’t ever consider a promotion or a raise. Management pretends to be “nice” but not kind. People below management are the reasons why I stayed for so long, without them I would’ve never been able to survive.
