Pros

Good promises. Work from home.

Cons

Lots of them. The quality of the code is terrible. Their "Wayfast" patented solution (vaporware) hangs all the time, IIS server should be restarted 3 or 4 times per hour. Huge security flaws, no encryption for passwords, a fake company. Current solution does not scale at all (50 concurrent users will hang it). Lots of javascript code inside the database! All code is persisted in the database! Even images are persisted in database. Terribly slow.

Pros

As a Service Delivery Manager, one of the things I value most about Asignet is the level of ownership and exposure you get. The work is meaningful, the team is committed, and there is a strong focus on solving real client problems. You are not boxed into a narrow role, which creates a great learning environment and gives you the chance to contribute across operations, client delivery, automation, and process improvement. It is a company with strong potential, smart people, and a product that addresses important business needs in expense management, visibility, and control.

Cons

Like many growing companies, some processes are still evolving and priorities can shift quickly. That can create ambiguity at times, especially for people who prefer a more structured environment. Expectations are high, and the pace can be demanding, but that also comes with the opportunity to have real influence and help shape how the company grows.

Pros

Work from home is the only pro.

Cons

Asignet does not care about its employees or its clients. The company’s priority is clearly using humans to train automation/AI systems, not building a sustainable or ethical workplace. It’s unsettling when you think about your own future with the company—once you’ve served your purpose, you’re expendable. Nothing works the way it should. Every so-called “training” call turns into a discovery session of yet another broken process, missing tool, or system that was never properly set up. Instead of fixing issues, leadership just keeps pushing forward and expecting employees to work around constant failures. PTO and benefits are awful. HR is completely unresponsive and will ghost you when you raise concerns. The insurance situation was a disaster—many employees did not receive the plan they believed they enrolled in due to an error during enrollment, and the company failed to take accountability or correct it in a timely way. There is a severe lack of transparency, organization, and respect for employees. If you value stability, support, or being treated like a human being instead of a disposable resource, look elsewhere.
