Good salary but terrible work-life balance and pressure - Executive Asian Paints Employee Review

U sell ur self for the amount you get in hand as salary, work for 10 hrs daily. 8.5 working hrs is just for name. Then on Saturday and Sunday work again. U will be given bulk of work with so less time and they will ask u to complete even if it's late. Worst hand over part, work pressure is so much with less importance to handover, 30 min handover on a whole process then u r supposed to do all. No overtime pay... U have to explain or tell in advance if not available in weekend. Very bad worklife balance, mental pressure and struggle, you will age early with no peace.
