Pros
Good working environment. HQ Building has the best air quality in Manila. HQ is equipped with lots of amenities including gym. Excellent cafetaria with wide range of food choices. Good work life balance.
Cons
Archaic working processes and computing systems. Staff management by subjective evaluation. Always say "Yes" to your boss and you will be ok and can expect to retire at the age of 60. If you say "No" prepared to be targeted for termination or exit at will.
