Pros
I started off as a cashier and moved my way up to corporate. I am currently a college student and I am able to pay my tuition, rent, food, car expenses, etc. thanks to this job. They allow me to work on my breaks even if it is only a week long. I have had the pleasure to work with the founders and have learned so much about the restaurant business. Not just the management of the restaurant, but the behind the scenes development. I am also incredibly proud to serve our food. It is 100% gluten-free and a healthy option. I have worked at a couple other restaurants where everything was pre-made and frozen for who knows how long. The ingredients are fresh and never frozen. Overall Asian Box is a company where the opportunity to move up, grow, and learn is infinite. That is why my high school job at 17, has turned into a career now at 20.
Cons
As in most restaurants you must be prepared to come in when necessary. There will be times when you might have not been planning on being somewhere/doing something, but you will have to be very flexible and adjust to the current situation in which you are needed.
