Pros
I got lots of experience (through multiple-multiple projects and late hours) in a short time. Either it's a good learning experience for growth, or you're going to give in to the load. Once you feel that the work is getting repetitive, it's time to move on ... you've hit the ceiling there.
Cons
Working there I felt like a machine, overworked and underpaid. Engineers come and go, giving the image that the company doesn't care to retain staff. If a part of the machine doesn't work, just replace it...
