Sheila is a very hard working and ambitious person. She holds herself in high standard and that reflects in the way she handles the business and the quality of people that work with her. There are opportunities for growth and the company wants to place an employee in a position that properly aligns with their career goals. The technology team is filled with smart individuals and the solutions provided to the clients are avenues to learn new things.

During probation, holidays are not been paid to employees. Although it is written in the contract, I don't think it is fair especially holidays that are out of the employee's control.
